Lift Off is the PNCA Design Arts program's graduating senior portfolio showcase. Pre-Covid I began designing a book with a simple website to accompany it, but as social distancing became the new reality I brought the website into the forefront; and I am so stoked with the result! As part of the process I art directed photo shoots of the seniors, with photography by the fantastic Kali Wellner. The overall direction was based around cartography, technical drawings, and data overlays, but I scaled back most of these concepts to keep the focus on the work in the portfolios. I also made Instagram templates and story animations to promo the site.
